Netxcell Quality Management System (QMS) w.r.t ISO 9001:2008

Netxcell has devised, implemented and is maintaining a documented Quality Management System (QMS) and certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standards within the context of the organization’s overall business activities. These activities and tasks are continuously monitored to improve the effectiveness of all the process of our QMS.

Quality Assurance practices span the entire organization’s operations and are not limited to just the software development process alone. We believe that quality is the sum total of all the activities – direct as well as support – that go into the making of the final service or product. Our QMS therefore influences even the minute activities of all the processes.

Elements of Netxcell QMS

Management, core and support processes are determined for functioning of its department’s organization wide.

Criteria and methods needed have been established in order to ensure effective operation and control of identified processes .i.e. close monitoring and tracking of these processes from an end to end perspective thorough internal audit, reviews and other verification stages.

The identified resources and necessary information have been made available to support the operation and monitoring of identified processes.

Process measurements and Quality Objectives have been devised for all key processes, the same will be monitored, measured and will be analyzed for their effectiveness.

Based on the analysis of process measurement data the corrective/ preventive actions will be identified and implemented in order to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.

Netxcell Information Security Management System (ISMS) as per ISO 27001:2005

At Netxcell, we consider information security as one of our most precious assets and take great care to protect it. Netxcell has devised, being implementing a documented Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001:2005 standards within the context of the organization’s overall business activities. These activities and tasks are continuously monitored to improve the effectiveness of all the security process and controls being implemented.

To protect the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Information Assets, Netxcell's considered the following Key elements in the implementation of its ISMS.

Netxcell IT Service Management (ITSM) System as per ISO 20000-1:2005

The mission of Netxcell is to exploit the latest and best technology available to develop telecom software product/services for our customers to meet their demand and expectations in a constantly changing environment and also to offer them best possible service.

Netxcell has devised, being implementing a documented IT Service Management (ITSM) System in accordance with ISO 20000-1:2005 standard within the context of it’s Managed IT Services for delivering quality IT services.

ITSM takes a comprehensive approach to IT service management and defines a set of processes needed to deliver effective service. These range from core processes related to configuration management and change management to processes covering incident and problem management as well as those interacting directly with customers such as business relationship management.
