The client module is designed using the Visual Basic to Administer the Dealer management. The system has various options like stock allocation, dealer creation, etc., The client module also has the option to upload the Voucher information from a text file into an encrypted table.
With the normal scenario a Super dealer requests Distributor for Recharge vouchers along with his desired denominations either by paying cash or by credit. Then Distributor gives him the amount of physical scratch card to the Super dealer. Then super dealer takes over the distribution of scratch card to the Dealers and the retailers.
With the featured scenario a Super Dealer requests the Distributor for Recharge vouchers along with his desired denominations either by paying cash or by credit. The Distributor will allocate his desired stock in the system. The moment the dealer executive allocates the stock an SMS is sent to the Super Dealers Mobile Phone with his new stock.
