Out Bound Dialer
Overview:
Promo Dial is a high performance dial out application to run voice campaigns.
Benefits to the Client:
It supports multiple modes of campaign upload (ftp, web based campaign manager, VXML)
Multiple connectivity options to the carrier network. Promo Dial currently supports R2MF, ISDN and C7 signaling. SIP interface support will be included in the next version of promo dial.
Promo Dial supports interactive voice campaigns where the user input can be stored and reports can be generated out of it.
Dynamic CLI selection from a pool of carrier assigned MSISDNs is possible and operators
