Debasis Chatterji

Professional, leader and challenge seeker, best describe the journey of Debasis over the last 20 years of his working life. With proven credentials and ongoing business relationships with all the major telecom operators in India, the company manages a customer base of more than 250 million.
Under his leadership, Netxcell has started its operations in Africa through Netxcell Mauritius Ltd. He is a regular speaker at several prestigious forums in India and abroad such as VAS ASIA 2008, 2009, 2011 Mobile Conversations (Afaqs), IAMAI, Map World Forum, i-VAS conference Kuwait, AMCHAM Colombo and premier institutes such as BITM and SIBM, Pune, IIM Bangalore, SAARC telecom CEO conference in Delhi and Dhaka. Debasis was also a panel speaker at the Mobile Advertising and Marketing Award, (MAMA) 2009 in LONDON in which Netxcell was awarded a silver category. He has received Indira Super Achiever Award in 2010.
Debasis is a Doctorate in Science and holds an Advanced Management Program from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore with a Diploma in Patent Law from NALSAR university of Law. Before joining Netxcell he worked in various industries with companies such as Elgen India Ltd, Monozyme Ltd, BioRad Pacific, Lab India etc.
Sarvesh Asthana
Sr. VP - Technology
Sarvesh, who has over twenty years of experience in the industry with over fourteen years in the wireless communications field, graduated from HBTI Kanpur in Electronics Engineering. He holds eight granted US patents and six pending patent applications in the area of CDMA and GSM cellular systems.
Over the years he had the opportunity to work with wireless network infrastructure providers, Mobile device providers and with top wireless service providers across the world thus getting an in depth understanding of the wireless network eco system, especially from a VAS perspective.
In the past, he worked as General Manager with Reliance Communications heading the VAS SDP, Access devices and technical solutions team responsible for CDMA (1x/EVDO) as well as GSM (GPRS/3G) technologies. Before Reliance he worked with several industry leaders like Nokia USA, Alcatel USA, TCS to name a few.
Rama Chandra Rao

Ramachandra is currently heading Human Resources department at Netxcell Limited. He is a meticulous Human Talent Management professional having more than 10 yrs of experience. He is responsible for creating Human Resource Systems which consistently uncovers benefits in the critical economic areas like revenue, customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, cost, cycle time, and market capitalization.
Ramachandra graduated in Human Resources Management from Central University, Pondicherry. He holds certifications in multi disciplines in management. His previous assignments are with Sankhya Infotech Ltd, Videocon and Hindustan Arabian Corp. During his academics he won state level recognition in intercollegiate competitions in Debates, Elocutions, Essay writing etc.
Haz Khan
VP - Sales & Marketing
Haz brings in close to 16 years of experience in handling large size business operations and start-ups. An enterprising leader with an eye for detail, he keeps himself occupied with continuous learning and taking challenges head on.
At Netxcell, he drives sales & marketing function across India, Mauritius and Kenya operations. Within a short span of time, he has not only fastened up proceedings in Netxcell but also sketched the road map for the coming years with a clear focus across various business sectors.
Prior to Netxcell, he was heading sales operations for MTS (SSTL) in Maharashtra & Goa and crafted many success stories for the organization. Prior to MTS, he was with Reliance Communications, Andhra Pradesh, where he has driven the Circles to newer heights. His last assignment at Reliance as Head, Business Operations for Maharashtra & Goa has made him won many laurels on business initiatives, strategic alliances and operational excellence. He also handled various positions in Maheshwari Retail (P) Ltd, Modi Xerox and NEC.
An Alumni of AMU, Aligarh, he holds a MBA degree in Marketing from Pune University along with PGDMM and BBA and also a certified trainer from NIS Sparta.
Hari Krishna P
Head - Managed Applications Services
Hari Krishna has an illustrious career in telecom VAS space. He has 10 years of rich experience in the VAS industry has provided Hari with a keen eye for noticing the support nuances and committing to complete customer satisfaction. Hari started off at Netxcell actually contributing to the birth of VAS in India in the year 2001 from where he steadily grew with the company. Hari Krishna handles the entire Managed Application Service domain which we at Netxcell consider to be out heart and soul.
Ramudu G
G.M. - Finance & Accounts
G. Ramudu is the G.M. for Finance and accounts. He has a work experience of 22 Years with companies like Hindustan Lever Limited, Snowman Frozen Food Ltd ( JV of HLL and Mitsubishi Corporation) and Amalgam Group of companies (Kerala based) . He has a BCom degree from the reputed Andhra University.
